Tell us which details should be shared and which should change. Available customization depends on the selected product, so our team needs to check the requested layout and options.
Can each member receive an individual delivery?
Tell us about your delivery needs before ordering. This form does not create separate shipments or collect member addresses. Any special arrangement needs to be discussed and confirmed.
Can we use our school, club, or organization logo?
Only submit logos, names, and artwork you are authorized to use. If someone else needs to approve the design, arrange that approval before confirming the order.
Does this include fundraising, sponsorship, or a donation?
