At LegendKits, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, our support team is here to help.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

To request a change or cancellation, email hello@legendkits.com with your order number and details of your request.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging

The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Personalized or customized jerseys
  • Gift cards

To request a return, contact hello@legendkits.com. Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping Costs

LegendKits covers return shipping costs when:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • You receive the wrong item

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when:

  • The wrong size was ordered
  • The return is due to personal preference
  • The customer changes their mind

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items
  • Products that significantly differ from their description
  • Size or color changes, excluding personalized or customized products

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved replacement orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 2 business days.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method used at checkout.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
