Production and shipping
Each jersey is cut, sewn and decorated after you order. Production takes 7 to 9 business days. Standard U.S. shipping is free and takes 8 to 10 business days; rush shipping is available at checkout.
Returns
Customized items are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or differs from your order. Check names, numbers and sizes carefully before you add to cart. If something is wrong when it arrives, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Can I add my team logo?
Yes. Choose a logo placement in the form and upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF. Only upload artwork you have the right to use.
What is the difference between stitched and printed?
Stitched means tackle-twill letters and numbers sewn onto the jersey. Printed means sublimation, where the design is dyed into the fabric. Stitched is thicker and more traditional; printed is lighter and allows full-colour designs.
How do team orders work?
Add one jersey per player with their name, number and size, or send us a roster and we will build the order for you with bulk pricing.
How do I track my order?
You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status from your account page.
