How long does production take?
Every jersey is made to order. We prepare and ship it within 1 to 3 business days. Free standard U.S. shipping then takes 5 to 8 business days, so most orders arrive within 6 to 11 business days after purchase.
Can I see a proof before my order is made?
Yes. Ask for a free proof in the order notes or by email and we will send a mockup before production starts.
How are names and numbers added?
Names and numbers on this style are printed. Printed designs are dyed into or pressed onto the fabric. They are lightweight and full-color.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order one jersey or outfit the whole team. Group pricing starts at 2 items with code LK5.
Do you help with the design?
Yes, free. Send your idea or logo and our design team sends a free mockup (proof) before production. Start on the free mockup page.
How do team orders work?
Add one jersey per player with their name, number and size, or send us your roster on the team orders page and we will build the order with bulk pricing and a free proof before production starts.
How do I track my order?
You get an email with tracking details when your order ships. You can also check it any time on our Track your order page. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
Can I add my team logo?
Yes. In the Add a logo step, pick a placement and upload your artwork as PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF. Upload only artwork you have permission to use. Need help placing it? Ask for a free mockup.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel within 6 hours of purchase. Email hello@legendkits.com with your order number and the change you need. After that the order is in production and can no longer be changed.
Can I return a custom jersey?
Personalized jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If something is wrong with your order, email hello@legendkits.com and we will make it right. See the full refund policy.
How do I find the right size?
Use the Find your fit table above or the full size guide. Measurements are approximate. If you are between sizes, email hello@legendkits.com before ordering and we will help you choose.
Where can I find coupons?
Our current codes are on the coupons page. Order 2 or more jerseys and save 5% with LK5, 5 or more save 10% with LK10, 10 or more save 15% with LK15. Paste the code in the Discount box on the cart page or at checkout. New codes go out by email first, so join the list in the footer.
